Laboratory: the result is one part of the document
A laboratory document needs enough context to connect a result with the right patient, order, and specimen. The specimen in this library includes an illustrative identity block, specimen information, result fields, and a verification-to-release trail. It is not a source of clinical interpretation.
Review the laboratory workflow alongside the PDF. Ask when the result is entered, who verifies it, who signs it, and when it can be released. Agree how corrections and communication should be handled in the configured application.
Discharge: summarise the patient’s stay
A discharge summary records the patient’s admission, hospital stay, and follow-up plan. The fictional example groups admission context, the course in hospital, discharge information, and follow-up sections so the team can discuss the document’s structure.
Bring a blank version of the format your clinicians use. Identify which information should come from the admission record and which requires clinical authorship or review. Completeness of a form is not a clinical decision that a patient is ready for discharge.
Radiology: structure and version matter
The radiology specimen separates clinical history, technique, findings, and impression, and provides report-version context. The corresponding interactive page compares illustrative draft and signed states. These examples explain reporting; they do not provide image interpretation or a PACS viewer.
Ask how the team handles authoring, signing, amendments, and delivery. If an imaging viewer or another system is required, discuss that connection separately and confirm its exact scope.
Check a sample against your required format
The documents are deliberately labelled as fictional. They are based on fields supported by the product, but are not screenshots or exact exports from a configured customer installation. There are no real patients or valid signatures in them.
